Improved UI
Project Page improvements:
Edit Mode to assign / remove project roles to users on the fly.
Display only project roles that can be assigned on the project.
Difference between company-managed projects and team-managed projects.
Links to users page.
Grey tag to identify inactive users.
Global Page improvements:
On Jira Project Roles Tab, now display "Scope" to make the distinction between company-managed projects and team-managed projects and to know which projects are associated to which project roles.
Filter by Project Type (company-managed or team-managed projects).
View options to display dynamically the kind of project roles you want: company-managed Project Roles or both team-managed or company-managed Project Roles or both.
Links to user pages and project pages.

Introduction
Project Roles Admin Master for Jira lets you see who has which role on your projects.
In a project (Project Page)
Left Menu > Project > Project Roles
Update who has a Project Role or is a Component Lead
You can update directly project roles and component leads if you use View Options > Edit Mode:

You can check which roles can be used for the project:

Globally (Global Page)
Top Menu > Apps > Project Roles Admin Master
This is a global view of the projects and you can see all the users involved in your Jira site:
Filter
You can filter by
Project
User
Project Role and identify the company-managed project roles vs team-managed project roles
User Status, active or inactive.
Project Type, because Project Roles behave differently in company-managed projects and team-managed project.

Use the XLSX button that is below the table to export your data in Excel format.

Project Roles Admin Master for Jira does not need any initial configuration, but you can use the settings to decide who can see it.

Use Cases
There are 3 types of users
Project User: a user who can view a project and its issues (Browse Projects permission)
Project Administrator: a user who has the rights to change the settings of a project (Administer Projects permission)
Jira Administrator: a user with the global Jira Administration rights.
As a Project User
You can use the Project Page to:
Check who work on a project
Check if you have a role on a project (either Project Lead or a Project Role).
Find the right person to ask a question. For example, find the Product Owner or a Developer, or the Project Lead.

As a Project Administrator
You can use the Project Page to:
Check that the Project Roles are up-to-date
Detect if someone who does not work anymore for your project anymore has still a Project Role.
Detect users who left the company and still have a Project Role.
Detect if there are problems:
People who should not have such permission
Whole group assigned to a Project Role by mistake
Too many people having a Project Role in a project

As a Jira Administrator
You can use the Global Page to:
Have a global vision of the project roles of a project (Search by Projects)
Find all the projects where a user has a role (Project Lead, Project Role or Component Lead)
Have direct links to change the People settings of any project
Find all the projects where there are users in a Project Role (Search by Project Role)
Have the list of the different Jira Project Roles and links to update them

Settings
Project Settings
As a Project Administrator, you can hide Project Roles Admin Master for Jira from your project. The Project Page won't be displayed to Project Users.
Left Menu > Project Settings > Apps > Project Roles Admin Master

Global Settings
As a Jira Administrator, you can hide Project Roles Admin Master for Jira globally. It won't appear, neither the Global Page nor the Project Pages.
