Project Roles Admin Master for Jira

Project Page improvements:
- Edit Mode to assign / remove project roles to users on the fly.
- Display only project roles that can be assigned on the project.
- Difference between company-managed projects and team-managed projects.
- Links to users page.
- Grey tag to identify inactive users.
Global Page improvements:
- On Jira Project Roles Tab, now display "Scope" to make the distinction between company-managed projects and team-managed projects and to know which projects are associated to which project roles.
- Filter by Project Type (company-managed or team-managed projects).
- View options to display dynamically the kind of project roles you want: company-managed Project Roles or both team-managed or company-managed Project Roles or both.
- Links to user pages and project pages.
